The Armored Group, a global leader in providing armored vehicles to NGOs, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals, is seeking an experienced IT Administrator for our new manufacturing facility in the UAE.
As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, including network systems, cybersecurity, and hardware support. This role is crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our facility's IT environment, supporting both administrative and production functions. Responsibilities
- Network Management: Manage internal networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) to ensure continuous and reliable connectivity for the facility.
- Firewall and Security: Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols to protect the company’s IT infrastructure.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades on servers, desktops, and other IT hardware.
- Manage and optimize Odoo ERP for production planning, inventory management, and reporting.
- Administer HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless integration with sales and marketing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo and HubSpot systems.
- IT Support: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Data Backup & Recovery: Implement data backup solutions and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical information.
- Software Management: Oversee software installations, updates, and licensing compliance to ensure system functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain records of IT configurations, asset inventory, and support logs for audit and compliance.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware procurement and maintenance.
Must Have
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical expertise in Odoo ERP and HubSpot CRM management.
- Proficiency in network administration, firewall management, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with server virtualization, cloud services, and data backup solutions.
- Strong communication skills to support users and collaborate with vendors.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple IT projects efficiently.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any regional languages Hindi/Urdu/Arabic languages is a plus.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, stand for long periods and lift or handle equipment and work in various weather conditions.
