Key Account Manager

The Armored Group (TAG), a global leader in providing armored vehicles to NGOs, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager. This position focuses on managing and expanding client relationships across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in sales and key account management, particularly in the automotive or defense industry.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead Response and Solutions: Respond to inbound leads, offering customized armored vehicle solutions tailored to client needs and requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM for tracking sales activities, managing client information, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Account Growth and Retention: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing accounts and increase client retention across the designated regions.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and earn commission by maintaining relationships with current clients and closing new deals.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure smooth delivery and service for clients by coordinating effectively with engineering and logistics teams.​

Must Have

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the automotive, defense, or related industries.
  • International Market Expertise: Proven experience managing key accounts in international markets, with a focus on Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar sales platforms for tracking sales processes and client management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as necessary to manage relationships and business opportunities across the designated regions.
