The Armored Group, a global leader in providing armored vehicles to NGOs, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Cleaning Technician for our new manufacturing facility in UAE.
As a Quality Control Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that armored vehicles meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality before delivery. This role is integral to the quality control process, focusing on the final cleaning, inspection, and preparation of vehicles to ensure they are ready for client inspection and handover. Responsibilities
- Final Cleaning and Detailing: Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of armored vehicles, ensuring they are spotless and meet TAG’s quality standards.
- Quality Standards Compliance: Ensure cleaning and detailing meet specific standards based on vehicle usage, client requirements, order specifications, and deployment conditions for each armored vehicle.
- Material and Chemical Knowledge: Possess knowledge of automotive paint finishes, chemical handling, and the proper use of cleaning agents. Basic understanding of the chemicals used in cleaning and maintaining armored vehicle surfaces.
- Specialized Cleaning Techniques: Possess knowledge of advanced cleaning techniques specifically for armored vehicles, ensuring thorough and precise maintenance of interior and exterior components.
- Quality Inspection Support: Assist the Quality Control team in identifying any defects or finishing issues on armored vehicles before client handover.
- Specialized Cleaning Techniques: Utilize industry-standard cleaning products and techniques tailored for armored vehicle surfaces and materials.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Paint Correction: Ability to identify and correct minor paint imperfections and scratches on armored vehicles.
- Knowledge of Anti-Corrosion Treatments: Familiarity with anti-corrosion treatments to protect armored vehicles' metal surfaces.
- Documentation and Reporting: Log any issues or irregularities found during the cleaning process and report them to the Quality Control team.
- Inventory Management: Experience managing inventory for detailing supplies and equipment.
Must Have
- Understanding of quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in automotive detailing, preferably with high-end or armored vehicles.
- Polishing and Buffing Skills: Proficiency in using polishing machines and buffers to achieve a flawless finish on vehicle exteriors
- Proficiency in automotive detailing, including cleaning, polishing, and protector chemicals of vehicle surfaces.
- Knowledge of specialized cleaning products and techniques for armored vehicles.
- High attention to detail for ensuring a flawless finish on vehicles.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any regional languages Hindi/Urdu/Arabic languages is a plus.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, stand for long periods and lift or handle equipment and work in various weather conditions.

- Automotive Detailing Certification: Additional certifications in automotive detailing or quality control.
- ERP Systems: Experience using ERP systems for logging cleaning and inspection tasks.
- Interior Detailing Expertise: Experience in cleaning and restoring leather, fabric, and other specialized interior materials.
