The Armored Group, a global leader in armored vehicle manufacturing, is seeking a highly organized Office Receptionist for our new facility in the UAE. 

As the first point of contact for visitors and clients,  Office Receptionist  will play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments. Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Visitor Management: Coordinate visitor check-ins, issue badges, and maintain accurate visitor logs for security and compliance purposes.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, booking conference rooms, and organizing meetings as needed.
  • Document Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and internal distribution of documents.
  • Office Coordination: Support the office by maintaining supplies, organizing common areas, and assisting with general office tasks.
  • Confidentiality: Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information related to company operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Support Services and other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.

Must Have

  • Education: Bachelor Degree, diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners.
  • Experience with scheduling software and visitor management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any regional languages Hindi/Urdu/Arabic languages is a plus.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to manage front desk operations, which may include extended periods of sitting, light lifting, and handling office equipment efficiently.

Nice to have

  • ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo for managing office-related tasks.
  • Event Coordination: Experience in organizing company meetings, events, or conferences.
  • Security Awareness: Understanding of basic security protocols for managing visitor logs and access.
  • Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in additional languages to improve communication with diverse teams.
