We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader for our Electrical Section in the new manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, ensuring high-quality standards, and managing a team of electricians to ensure production efficiency and safety. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the electrical section team, ensuring all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company protocols.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems within armored vehicles, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to meet deadlines and deliver quality products.
- Develop and maintain electrical work schedules to meet production targets and efficiency goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide training, and support continuous development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international electrical standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
- Manage inventory for electrical components and ensure timely procurement of necessary parts.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance productivity and safety.
Must Have
- 3+ years of electrical experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proven experience in armored vehicles or automotive electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
Nice to have
- Engineering degree in Electrical or a related field.
- Experience with lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of Odoo or other ERP systems used in manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with quality control tools and electrical testing equipment.
