Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Duqm, Oman (Manufacturing Facility)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire inventory process, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and supplies.
- Ensure accurate stock control and tracking using Odoo (ERP) for real-time inventory management, stock audits, and reporting.
- Implement and maintain effective Odoo (ERP) practices to streamline inventory processes, monitor stock levels, and generate reports for management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Supervise and lead a team of storekeepers and warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to forecast inventory requirements based on production needs and data from Odoo (ERP).
- Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and ensure that materials are available to meet production schedules.
- Implement safety and security procedures to safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and any discrepancies using Odoo (ERP) for management review.
- Continuously improve processes for inventory management, cost efficiency, and systems integration with Odoo (ERP).
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in managing inventory and store operations within a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo (ERP)) and inventory management practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards related to warehouse operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Electrical).
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility, particularly in the armored vehicle or automotive industry.
- Deep familiarity with Odoo (ERP) for inventory management.
- Experience in handling logistics and customs processes in Oman.

This role is crucial in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining the highest quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from planning and resource allocation to meeting customer delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Manage the daily production schedule to ensure on-time delivery of armored vehicles, coordinating with sales and logistics teams.
- Team Management: Lead and oversee production teams, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency in the production process.
- Process Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet TAG stringent quality standards.

This role is essential in ensuring that our armored vehicles adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The Quality Control Inspectors will perform detailed inspections throughout the production process, ensuring that all products meet internal standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities
Inspection of Incoming Materials: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials and components to ensure they meet the required specifications before production begins.
In-Process Inspections: Perform regular inspections during the production process, verifying that each stage complies with quality standards and design specifications.
Final Product Inspection: Conduct detailed final inspections of armored vehicles to ensure that all quality, safety, and performance criteria are met before delivery to clients.
