Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Duqm, Oman (Manufacturing Facility)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire inventory process, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and supplies.
  • Ensure accurate stock control and tracking using Odoo (ERP) for real-time inventory management, stock audits, and reporting.
  • Implement and maintain effective Odoo (ERP) practices to streamline inventory processes, monitor stock levels, and generate reports for management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Supervise and lead a team of storekeepers and warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to forecast inventory requirements based on production needs and data from Odoo (ERP).
  • Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and ensure that materials are available to meet production schedules.
  • Implement safety and security procedures to safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and any discrepancies using Odoo (ERP) for management review.
  • Continuously improve processes for inventory management, cost efficiency, and systems integration with Odoo (ERP).

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in managing inventory and store operations within a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo (ERP)) and inventory management practices.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards related to warehouse operations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Electrical).
  • Experience working in a manufacturing facility, particularly in the armored vehicle or automotive industry.
  • Deep familiarity with Odoo (ERP) for inventory management.
  • Experience in handling logistics and customs processes in Oman.
