The Armored Group, a global leader in providing armored vehicles to NGOs, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals, is seeking Quality Control Inspectors for our new manufacturing facility in the UAE. This role is essential in ensuring that our armored vehicles adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The Quality Control Inspectors will perform detailed inspections throughout the production process, ensuring that all products meet internal standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities
Inspection of Incoming Materials: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials and components to ensure they meet the required specifications before production begins.
In-Process Inspections: Perform regular inspections during the production process, verifying that each stage complies with quality standards and design specifications.
Final Product Inspection: Conduct detailed final inspections of armored vehicles to ensure that all quality, safety, and performance criteria are met before delivery to clients.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any identified defects. Report findings to the Quality Control Manager and suggest improvements or corrective actions.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all inspections and quality checks adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
Collaboration with Production: Work closely with production teams to resolve any quality issues, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Testing and Verification: Perform tests on materials and products as required, ensuring that all testing protocols are followed and results are accurately documented.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and suggest ways to enhance inspection efficiency and accuracy.
Must Have
Education: High school diploma or technical certification; additional training in quality control or manufacturing is a plus.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in quality inspection roles, preferably in the automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality inspection techniques, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify defects and recommend corrective actions. Familiarity with A3 problem-solvingmethodology is a plus.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in conducting inspections and recording findings.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to document inspections and collaborate with other departments.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and inspecting hard-to-reach areas of vehicles.

This role is critical to ensuring that our armored vehicles meet the highest quality and safety standards while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The Quality Control Manager will oversee the entire quality control process, from initial inspections through final product delivery, ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control system to ensure products meet internal and external specifications, including client requirements.
Inspection and Testing: Oversee all aspects of product inspection, from incoming materials through final vehicle audits, ensuring all quality and safety standards are met.
Team Management: Lead a team of quality control inspectors, providing training, guidance, and performance assessments to ensure consistent and accurate inspections.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify areas of improvement in manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
Compliance and Certifications: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, certifications, and customer-specific requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of armored vehicle standards and certifications.
Defect Resolution: Investigate and resolve any defects or non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Supplier Quality Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components, implementing necessary quality assurance measures with vendors.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control processes, inspections, and tests. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, including defect rates, corrective actions, and process improvements.
Audits: Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer expectations.
Must Have
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in a quality control management role, preferably in the automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, armored vehicle standards, and inspection techniques.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing quality control teams and driving high-performance results.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot quality issues in real-time, implementing corrective actions to ensure production schedules are met.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in data collection and analysis to monitor quality trends and implement process improvements.
ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems related to quality control and production processes.
