Job Type: Full-time  Location: Dubai, UAE (with travel to Asia, the Middle East, and Africa as necessary)

Job Description:

The Armored Group (TAG), a global leader in armored vehicle manufacturing, is looking to fill Sales Manager positions within our dynamic sales team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and ensuring alignment between sales and internal teams to meet the growing demand for our high-quality armored vehicles. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented team in a high-demand market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and research.
  • Reach out to prospective clients, including NGOs, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Present and sell armored vehicle solutions tailored to customer needs, positioning TAG as the go-to provider in the market.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting.
  • Collaborate with the Key Account Management and marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and brand positioning.
  • Continuously meet or exceed sales targets through a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using HubSpot CRM for accurate reporting and tracking.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to help refine strategies.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Develop New Business: Identify and engage with potential clients in key markets across the Middle East and internationally.
  • Sales Growth: Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships by delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Market Expansion: Execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase TAG’s global footprint.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, finance) to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of customized vehicles.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or defense industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A dynamic, self-motivated individual with a “hunter” mentality.
  • Experience working with governments and NGOs is a plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.

This position focuses on managing and expanding client relationships across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in sales and key account management, particularly in the automotive or defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead Response and Solutions: Respond to inbound leads, offering customized armored vehicle solutions tailored to client needs and requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM for tracking sales activities, managing client information, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and earn commission by maintaining relationships with current clients and closing new deals.
  • Account Growth and Retention: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing accounts and increase client retention across the designated regions.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure smooth delivery and service for clients by coordinating effectively with engineering and logistics teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the automotive, defense, or related industries.
  • International Market Expertise: Proven experience managing key accounts in international markets, with a focus on Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar sales platforms for tracking sales processes and client management.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as necessary to manage relationships and business opportunities across the designated regions.
